Calling Customer Support does work and get problems fixed fastest

I am sure others are having problems too .
Recently a friend had updates and had to do System Restore and all worked afterwards
He selected the day BEFORE he had problems
Start - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools - System Restore

I'm using SL 10.6.3 and have no problems with the chat interface. But since 2 days I can visit premiere rooms only over the main page. Selecting these rooms on the site-bar redirects me to my account Quote
