I have not been receiving emails whenever my favs come online since June. No resolution from CS despite notifying them a couple of times. What I discovered is this; Go to CONTROL PANEL then EMAIL SETTINGS then SUBSCRIPTIONS and double check on your SERVICES if the boxes are correctly ticked. It is very annoying because sometimes I have to do this up to 3 times a day! Good luck.
