is there a way to delete a screen name i cant see how?



Alexis4me - I presume, if you have several screen names, you are a VIP.
There is a thread "Screennames." in the General Discussion (VIP only) forum relating to this matter.
(At the bottom of the General Discussion Forum index page just search for "Screennames." to find the thread.)

Once you have chosen a screen name you cannot delete it. You can only De_Activate it by going to the Screen Names page accessible from the VIP "My Account" page. It does however still count towards one of your ten choices.

To remove it permanently you have to contact Customer Service by e-mail and advise them of the specific name or names you wish to delete.
